AZZYXXRABBIT TERMS OF SERVICE
DOWN PAYMENTS: All commissions will require a down payment of at least 15% of full price. This down payment will be given after the sketch is verified by the commissioner to lock in the rest of the commission.
REFUNDS: Once I begin working on the final draft of a piece, the down payment made is FINAL. Refunds will only be given if I will be unable to finish your piece after a down payment is given.
TIME: I am not a computer and I have a life outside of being an artist. Depending on the length of my art queue, it might be a few weeks before I even begin to work on your piece. I have NO tolerance to a customer who tries to rush me, and I really don’t appreciate it at all. Art takes time, and sometimes I don’t have much of that to offer to you.
EDITS: As stated in the product description, I send multiple work in progress while creating your custom piece. This is for the main reason to get the drawing to YOUR liking. After the work in progress stage/down payment, I will NOT take anymore edits. You had your chance.
ART RIGHTS: I have full rights to the piece that I create for you. You may have rights to the character, but the piece was created by me. I watermark all of my pieces for risk of theft. DO NOT, ON ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, REMOVE MY WATERMARK. My pieces can only be used for private endeavors, such as profile pictures, art in a character reference folder, etc. I do not tolerate my art to be resold in any way such as prints, digital prints, badges etc. Monetization of MY art to benefit YOU is a direct violation of copyright law. If you are using my art for any of the private uses above, PLEASE PROPERLY CREDIT ME! If you are a corporate entity and would like to use my art for private monetization, please privately contact me to work out a quote. If your commission is that of a sticker, badge, or print, you may print and distribute WITH PERMISSION.
RESPECT: I am a human being, and while you are working with me to create something for you, I would like to be treated as one. As I said earlier, I have no tolerance for disrespect, and will give back the vibe that you give to me. Just please, be decent :)
